DONNA STORY – Broker Associate®
Real Estate was the perfect choice for Donna, because she loves working with people. Her involvement in the community as well as being knowledgeable in real estate helped in making her and The Story Team one of the top teams in the region. Recently she was honored by the Texas Monthly with the FIVE STAR Real Estate Agents award, which are agents that have earned the highest in overall satisfaction from their readers whom she represented. In addition, she and her team have received numerous awards throughout the years for their work and dedication. With her husband, Broker Associate Dale Story, they have experienced great success and grown their business based on referrals from their past clients and friends. She continues to be a large part of the community as she served on many boards and is a past chairwoman for the Walker County/Huntsville Chamber of Commerce & Visitor’s Center and Past President of The Huntsville Board of Realtors. She is a proud supporter of Sam Houston State University where she is a lifetime member of the Alumni Association, Member of National Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors®, Huntsville Board of Realtors®, and previously served on the Agent’s Leadership Council for Keller Williams Conroe/Lake Conroe/Magnolia/Huntsville. Donna has one stepdaughter, Amanda and who resides with her husband in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro-plex area. She enjoying traveling, spending time with friends, music and mostly playing with her god-son Cooper.
DALE STORY – Broker Associate®
Working closely with the other half of The Story Team, Dale loves the overall analysis of properties and he is good at it! Whether Ranch/Acreage, Residential, Commercial or Unimproved Property he uses the best of technology and reports to determine the best and highest market value of properties. He continues to be a major role in the team as well as enjoying golf at Elkins Lake where they make their home or ranching at their Twin Oaks Ranch and another cattle operation partnered with his brother in Limestone/Freestone County. Upon his retirement in 2000 from the State of Texas, he obtained his license in Real Estate and along with his wife Donna, formed what today is recognized as “The Story Team. Dale ‘s community involvement has included service on various boards as well as currently serving on committees with the Elkins Lake Recreation Corporation. He is also a lifetime member of SHSU Alumni where he graduated with his B.B.A. in Business in ’73. Dale has one daughter, Amanda Story Monteleone and who resides with her husband, Nathan in Fort Worth, Texas. Dale enjoys golf, ranching, fishing and traveling.
