Amber Van Roekel is thrilled to return to The Story Team—this time as a Buyer’s Agent. Previously, she served as the team’s licensed Transaction Coordinator, where she developed a deep understanding of the real estate process and a passion for helping clients navigate it smoothly. With her license reactivated and a heart for people, Amber brings both knowledge and genuine care to her work with buyers.

Amber has called Huntsville home for over 25 years and is actively involved in the local community. As a busy mom of four, life is full—but she wouldn't have it any other way. Her oldest just graduated from the University of Dallas and is starting her next chapter in North Carolina. She also has a high school senior and a sophomore, both deeply involved in sports, and her youngest daughter is excited to start junior high and join her siblings on the field. From school events to sports sidelines, Amber is always on the move—and it gives her unique insight into what families truly value in a home and neighborhood.

In addition to her real estate work, Amber continues to serve as the Academic Dean at Alpha Omega Academy, balancing her roles with purpose and energy. She’s excited to bring that same dedication to helping buyers find the right home and feel confident every step of the way.
