 Happy Independence Day!

No matter what your celebrating style may be, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the Fourth of July!  

Whether you are spending time indoors, over a nice family dinner or you’re having a big group of friends over for a cozy Summer evening bbq, there is always a way to have a good time.

Fireworks


Fireworks show on Lake Conroe: July 4, 2018, @ Walden & Bentwater around 9 p.m.  


4th of July Red, Hot & Blue Festival Woodlands Fireworks Extravaganza 2018 at 9:30 p.m. 

Event goers and spectators are encouraged to download the www.WoodlandsHits.com free app to experience both the sights and sounds of the 18-minute Fireworks Extravaganza. You can view the Fireworks Extravaganza at multiple locations around The Woodlands! 20-minute fireworks show set to patriotic music. Here are the best places to watch in The Woodlands:

Town Green Park

Waterway Square Park

Hughes Landing

Northshore Park

Rob Fleming Park 


Huntsville - Make plans to come out and celebrate the 4th of July with the City of Huntsville’s Parks and Leisure Department at Kate Barr Ross Park. 

The festivities will feature entertainment for all ages and a large-scale fireworks show. 

The celebration, which is sure to be a fun and safe day for the entire family, begins at 4 p.m. and wraps up at 8 p.m. 

The evening will be capped off with bursts of color during the show that will take place at 9:15 p.m., weather permitting. 

The light show at the end of the evening has become a tradition for many area residents. 

Booths this year will include a rock climbing wall, face painter, airbrush artist, leather crafts, bounce houses, karaoke and a watermelon eating contest. Admission into the park, as well as the children’s events, is free. 

Food vendors will be on site and prices will vary. 


Parades

The 43rd Annual 4th of July Parade in The Woodlands 

This will begin at 9:00 a.m. with the singing of the national anthem from the balcony in Market Street and Town Green Park. Get up early on July 4th, put on your red, white and blue to get a prime spot for the parade.

The parade begins and ends at The Woodlands United Methodist Church. Roads will be closed during the parade.

Join us for some down-home fun Celebrating the 4th of July!  Wednesday, July 4, 2018 Activities all day. 9am-7pm
